Advergame developer Fuel Industries has launched an interactive online mystery for Johnson & Johnson Canada, aiming to promote the Reach line of dental care products. Johnson & Johnson is thus becoming one of the first packaged goods firms to be diving into the world of advergames.
Mr. Reach: In the Mouth of Mystery features Mr. Reach, a television advertisement character who sets out to find Jerry, the narrator of his commercials. During his travels, he stumbles upon a long-lost story of a Parisian noble-woman in love with a pirate, and her father’s attempts to thwart their marriage. Still with us? Our plucky white hero Mr. Reach will have to travel across Canada and Europe in order so finish his quest, before finally reaching (sorry) the Caribbean island of Aruba.
