Apparently the fix had been up for a small while but removed again due to a bug in Tinker's auto-update code that was causing unnecessary reboots for a few users. The good news is, MS has informed me of a fix for that bug that is being released March 18th, and that's when it's expected for the Tinker update to go live as well. So hopefully we can get you folks your 1000 points before the week is up! Thanks again for your patience, everyone I’ve just received word from MS on this.
