The Weekly Link Dump

BY: NICK IANNITTI  |  General Rambling, Weekly Link Dump

Here at Fuel, we’re always connected. As such, we’d like to think that our taste for interesting web content has been refined through simple causality: click more/learn more. Every week, I’ll be bringing you a quick glimpse into what we found interesting in the worlds of both branded entertainment and completely random content. Please don’t hold our eclectic tastes against us.

-In a very unique digital initiative, Radiohead are inviting their fans to remix their single “Nude” and upload their creations. Fans can buy the various stems (vocal, bass, etc) and create their own edits. The most popular versions appear on the front page.

-We very much like this people page from nightagency. Click on the “PEOPLE” link to see what I’m talking about.

-Pure West films has created a documentary called Second Skin, taking an in-depth look at how virtual worlds are shaping people’s lives, for both the better and the worse. Check out the trailer for the film here.

-Here at Fuel, we like our video games. That said, this picture caused quite a bit of controversy around the lunch table. While technically impressive, it led to the question: is Mario still Mario if he’s been completely stripped of his mirthful spirit?

Stay tuned every week for the same treatment. Tuesday is good day for me, how about you?
