Out of hibernation
It’s January, and after a long winter’s sleep, the wild Canadian blog emerges from its cave, disoriented and hungry. With nothing to nourish it but a few comments and posts collected in December, the blog stretches, yawns and makes its way into the digital forest to hunt for sustenance. As it forages for game and interactive marketing news, the lone howl of a trackback in the distance tells this blog that it is not alone.
It was a welcome break, but the two weeks we spent gorging on turkey and candy canes left us a little rusty coming back to the grind. Combine that with the fact that we’ve got a ton of new projects about to launch, and I hope you’ll understand why it’s been a wee bit quiet around here. Now that our tryptophan comas and egg nog highs have subsided, we’ll return you to your regularly scheduled blogging.
With that, I’d like to introduce to you a new voice on the blog. Nick Iannitti is our new public relations manager, and will be keeping you up to date with what’s happening inside of Fuel and what’s launching. He’ll be getting the “Five Questions” treatment in the very near future, but in the meantime feel free to say hi to Nick here or by email at niannitti at fuelindustries.com.
Happy belated New Year!

Hey Nick
Congrads on getting the job… it’s going to be an amazing opportunity. I look forward to your first post on our wonderful industry.

Hey Duane,
Thanks for the best wishes! I’m really geared up to be part of the Fuel team, and I’m even more excited about spreading the word on our work, and getting more deeply involved in the online PR community itself. I’m sure I’ll learn insane amounts, and I look forward to digging into your blog too.
Cheers!
