AtomShockwave Acquires AddictingGames
Our friends over at Shockwave.com have just made a big purchase.
While it’s just hitting the press now, my guess is this actually happened a few weeks ago, as I’ve seen lots of ads for AddictingGames.com recently.
It’s interesting to note that AddictingGames apparently had ~5 Million unique visitors a month which pushes the Shockwave network up over 30 Million a month. That’s a lot of traffic, and a lot of people to entertain.
They also mention that “This acquisition is the first step in an aggressive plan to extend our media footprint, and continue to attract millions of consumers” I wonder what’s next?

I’m so tired of pages suffed with hundreds of banners, flashing, poping out.
